Guild Wars 2's special event begins today, giving fans another round of boss killing for bonus rewards. The Guild Wars 2 World Boss Rush event begins today, July 16, and runs through July 23.

 

Players will be able to log in during the event and take on world bosses to earn Bonus Boxes of Goods. "You'll get more Bonus Boxes of Goods for defeating bosses at the end of longer and tougher event chains." Additionally, taking down bosses will add progress to an overall community goal. For each world boss tier you participate in you'll earn additional items, such as Kralkatite Ore, Difluorite Crystals, Celebration Boosters and more.
