Borderlands 3 Lands On September 13, Pre-Orders Now Open

Time: 2019-08-19

Borderlands 3 officially launches on September 13 for PC through the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Borderlands 3 will launch on the Epic Store with Denuvo DRM. Pre-orders are now available on the Borderlands 3 website.
In the Deluxe edition, you can get new head and body skins, as well as a boatload of new skins for your weapons, XP and loot drop boosters, and the Toy Box weapon set included for $79.99. The Super Deluxe Edition comes with all that, plus the Borderlands 3 season pass for four DLC campaigns, and weapon skins for the legendary Butt Stallion for $99.99. This one will go up in price a few days after the game comes out, though.
But the real money-vacuum is the Diamond Loot Chest Collector's Edition, which will run you about $250. It is an actual loot chest, but probably not made of diamonds, and houses 10 collectible figures, a cloth map, vault keychains, and more. This one is exclusive to GameStop.
Borderlands 3 on the PC will be exclusive to the Epic Games store, but Gearbox has clarified that it will be exclusive until April 2020. If you're willing to wait, it should log in to other services six months after launch. Obviously PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions are not affected by this.
In the meantime, check out the new enemies you'll encounter in the game and the new "The Borderlands Are Yours" trailer below in video. I promise you won't be disappointed.

As with previous releases, Borderlands 3 will feature a four-player co-op, with cross-platform support after release. According to PC Gamer, the shooter will also feature more than a billion guns which shoot anything from explosive grenades and highly-corrosive acid to self-propelling bullet shields and verbal insults. Each player will also get their own loot. With the new loot system, players don't have to worry about their greedy teammates grabbing every good gun that falls.
